villa in paseo del parque
Sotogrande, Cádiz
2020
This project is organized into three distinct zones, each with a specific landscape intention.
The first is the area adjacent to the swimming pool, conceived as a dynamic setting. To achieve this, a plant palette of perennials and ornamental grasses was used, providing movement, color, and seasonal variation—acting as a natural backdrop.
At the rear of the plot, a more naturalistic garden was developed, with a selection of trees strategically placed to preserve privacy from the buildings located across the river and to enhance a sense of seclusion and retreat.
Finally, the side garden runs parallel to the vehicle access. It brings rhythm to the entrance through a linear arrangement of magnolia trees, underplanted with a base of evergreen species arranged in a flowing composition that reinforces the continuity and dynamism of the route.
