The design of this garden began with a significant topographical challenge: a terraced slope that required retaining level changes through concrete walls. Our intervention aimed not only to soften the visual impact of these structures, but also to integrate them through dense plant coverage that brings texture and a sense of naturalness.
At the heart of the garden lies the swimming pool, flanked by two key elements of the landscape design: on one side, a fruit orchard that introduces a productive and seasonal character; and on the other, a pergola accompanied by a seating area enveloped in dense masses of Pistacia lentiscus, creating an intimate and distinctly Mediterranean atmosphere.
In the area adjacent to the bedrooms, the garden takes on a more introspective quality. Here, the vegetation becomes a structural element, shaping private, shaded, and cool spaces through its lushness. It allows for both functional separation and the creation of sheltered, restful corners ideal for quiet contemplation.
